We want ALL our customers to be happy. So your first step should be to contact us at custserv@fetchfuel.com and let us know how we can help you with the return of a product, exchange of a product or any other request. We will try our BEST to accommodate you.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

GOGO PetFoods maintains a 30 Day, No Questions Asked, return and exchange policy for any FetchFuel product that was purchased within a 30 day period of the return/exchange request and is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original packaging. Here is how it works:

  1. Contact customer service at GOGO by emailing us at custserv@fetchfuel.com within 30 days of the sale date the FetchFuel product.
  2. The product must not be used (e.g. seal must not be broken).
  3. The product must be in the same condition you received it.
  4. The product must be in the original packaging.
  5. GOGO customer service will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number and instructions for returning your product.
