We want ALL our customers to be happy. So your first step should be to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how we can help you with the return of a product, exchange of a product or any other request. We will try our BEST to accommodate you.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
GOGO PetFoods maintains a 30 Day, No Questions Asked, return and exchange policy for any FetchFuel product that was purchased within a 30 day period of the return/exchange request and is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original packaging. Here is how it works:
- Contact customer service at GOGO by emailing us at email@example.com within 30 days of the sale date the FetchFuel product.
- The product must not be used (e.g. seal must not be broken).
- The product must be in the same condition you received it.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- GOGO customer service will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number and instructions for returning your product.
